1 large handful of cress
16 rolls of Berner Hobelkäse AOP or other alp cheese rolls, halved
4 slices of pumpernickel, quartered
a little butter
Toothpicks to fix
Put some cress into the cheese rolls. Butter the pumpernickel. Secure every two cheese rolls on top of each other with toothpicks.
Use onion sprouts instead of cress.
As you like, drizzle the pumpernickel with hazelnut or rapeseed oil instead of butter.
