Cress rolls

Ingredients apero for 4 persons

  • 1 large handful of cress
  • 16 rolls of Berner Hobelkäse AOP or other alp cheese rolls, halved
  • 4 slices of pumpernickel, quartered
  • a little butter

Toothpicks to fix

 

Preparation

Put some cress into the cheese rolls. Butter the pumpernickel. Secure every two cheese rolls on top of each other with toothpicks.

Tips:
Use onion sprouts instead of cress.
As you like, drizzle the pumpernickel with hazelnut or rapeseed oil instead of butter.
