Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread half of the chips in a baking dish and sprinkle half of the alp cheese on top.
Top with the other half of the chips. Sprinkle with the onions and tomatoes together with the rest of the alp cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes in the lower third of the oven.
Mix the curd with some lemon juice and finely chopped chives and serve.
